School Speech Language Pathologist - Peoria, AZ

Two full-time Speech-Language Pathologists are needed to work across K-12 environments, beginning as soon as possible and extending through May 21, 2027. Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP license for the state of Arizona (or eligibility)
- CCC-SLP or strong Clinical Fellowship Year candidates welcomed
- Prior experience in educational settings, working with students K-12, preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Knowledge of current therapy methodologies for speech and language development
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to students as assigned
- Evaluate, develop, and monitor progress for a caseload of approximately 55 students per position
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals
- Accurately document sessions, progress notes, and IEPs
- For Position 1: Focus on K-8th grade students in a traditional school setting
- For Position 2: Serve a high school specialized program three days per week, and a K-8th grade caseload two days per week
