School Speech Language Pathologist - Surprise, AZ
Embark on a rewarding opportunity supporting students as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist in a vibrant school setting near Surprise, AZ. Two dedicated SLPs are needed to join a collaborative, student-centered team making a lasting impact on learning and communication. These contract roles begin as soon as possible and extend through late May 2027, providing consistency and deep connections with your caseload.
You’ll work 40 hours a week in one of two dynamic positions:
- Position 1: Provide speech and language support to K-8th grade students (about 55 learners) in a traditional school setting.
- Position 2: Spend three days each week with a specialized high school program and two days maintaining a K-8th general caseload (also approximately 55 students).
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Current or soon-to-be acquired Arizona SLP licensure
- SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow (SLP-CFY) applicants welcome
- Previous school-based SLP experience or clinical placement a plus
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Passion for advocating and delivering services for diverse learners
