Speech Language Pathologist in Sykesville, MD

Qualifications & Experience:
- Must hold a current SLP MD State license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Previous experience as a school-based SLP is highly valued
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to multiple school sites and work effectively as part of diverse teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality speech-language therapy services to elementary-aged students
- Conduct evaluations, develop IEPs, and track measurable student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
- Implement evidence-based interventions, adjusting strategies to meet individual needs
- Maintain compliance with state and federal special education regulations
