Speech Language Pathologist in New Market, MD

Key Qualifications:
- Current Maryland State license in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Prior experience working in school settings, especially elementary level, preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and provide direct therapy to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support student communication needs
- Create engaging, individualized therapy plans adjusted to each student's unique requirements
- Maintain thorough records and participate in IEP meetings as needed
- Rotate across assigned elementary school locations within the district
