Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Mesa, Arizona

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC’s) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) eligibility
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based settings
- Passion for working collaboratively within educational teams
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to preK-12 students
- Conduct evaluations, develop tailored treatment plans, and maintain documentation in accordance with state and federal standards
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, other therapists, and families to support student IEP goals and learning outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
- Utilize evidence-based strategies to target articulation, language, fluency, and social communication needs
- Advocate for students’ access to communication supports and services
