Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP license in Texas (ASHA CCC preferred)
- Prior experience in school settings strongly preferred
- Ability to supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA)
- Strong skills in administering speech-language evaluations
- Effective communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Supervise SLPAs assigned to primary and elementary campuses
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations for students
- Facilitate Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings for caseload management
- Collaborate with educators and various campus stakeholders
- Maintain required documentation and compliance with state and federal regulations
- Please note: This position does not include providing therapy directly
