Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid SLP license in Texas (ASHA CCC preferred)
  • Prior experience in school settings strongly preferred
  • Ability to supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA)
  • Strong skills in administering speech-language evaluations
  • Effective communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise SLPAs assigned to primary and elementary campuses
  • Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations for students
  • Facilitate Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings for caseload management
  • Collaborate with educators and various campus stakeholders
  • Maintain required documentation and compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Please note: This position does not include providing therapy directly
