Desired Qualifications:
- Active state license for Speech-Language Pathology in Texas
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) eligibility
- Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric populations in schools
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization skills
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a passion for empowering young learners
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and deliver individualized intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support optimal outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide necessary documentation
- Maintain accurate records and monitor student progress
- Offer guidance and resources to support classroom integration
