Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state SLP licensure
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF)
- Strong background in pediatric speech-language therapy
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to diverse student needs and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and lead therapy sessions for K-12 students
- Document and evaluate student progress to ensure effective interventions
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and support staff on IEP development and implementation
- Provide guidance and recommendations to educational teams on speech and language strategies
- Attend meetings and contribute to school-based professional development as needed
