Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Martindale, Texas

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience providing SLP services in schools, pediatrics, or healthcare environments
- Comfortable delivering services via teletherapy platforms, when needed
- Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to effectively document and collaborate
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and targeted therapy goals
- Deliver direct and consultative services to students according to IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Monitor, document, and report on student outcomes and interventions
- Adapt to onsite and/or virtual service delivery based on program needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
