This full-time role features a consistent 7.5-hour workday, typically from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm, with some flexibility depending on service delivery schedules. The caseload is manageable—last year saw around 23 elementary-aged students, with a few at nearby school sites (all within blocks for easy travel). You’ll have the opportunity to leave a positive mark across multiple educational spaces.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid SLP license for Illinois (or eligibility)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
  • Experience in pediatric, school-based, and healthcare SLP settings preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Direct therapy and assessment for a predominantly elementary caseload
  • Collaborate with educators, staff, and families
  • Maintain documentation, IEPs, and progress reports
  • Serve students in more than one building (all nearby)
