Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Belleville, IL

You’ll be working with a caseload of approximately 23 students, primarily at one site, with a handful at nearby locations. Enjoy a consistent schedule of 7.5 hours a day, with service delivery times typically running from 8:00am to 3:30pm, though slight adjustments may be made to best fit student needs.
What we’re looking for:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP license in Illinois (or eligibility to obtain)
- Clinical Certificate of Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Experience in school-based settings and with pediatric populations strongly preferred
- Familiarity with healthcare protocols within educational environments
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to travel between closely situated campuses as needed
Your role will involve:
- Providing direct speech and language therapy to elementary students
- Conducting assessments, developing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and maintaining detailed student records
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and multi-disciplinary teams to support student academic and social success
- Serving students across multiple buildings with flexibility as needs arise
