Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Cicero, IL

Preferred Qualifications:
- Active SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Previous experience in a school setting, providing direct and consultative speech-language therapy
- Strong understanding of IEP processes, assessments, and progress reporting
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities for collaborating with students, school staff, and families
- Motivated, reliable, and flexible approach to meeting the needs of a diverse caseload
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with varying communication needs
- Deliver speech and language therapy, both direct and with consultative support, in accordance with students’ IEPs
- Document progress, maintain records, and ensure compliance with all district, state, and federal policies
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development and progress monitoring
