Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Lynn, MA

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required.
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
- Background in pediatric settings, preferably within schools or healthcare environments.
- Experience developing and implementing IEPs.
- Strong collaboration skills for working with teachers, staff, and parents.
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
- Develop and deliver individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ educational needs.
- Participate as an active member of IEP teams, contributing speech and language evaluation data.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and other school staff to integrate therapy goals into daily classroom activities.
- Maintain precise records of student progress and adhere to district and state documentation requirements.
- Provide support and education to families on communication disorders and intervention strategies.
