Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Cambridge, Massachusetts

Key Qualifications:
- Holds current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP); Clinical Fellows not considered at this time
- Valid Massachusetts SLP license
- Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) certification required
- Recent, relevant experience in a school-based role preferred
- Pediatric clinical skills and experience with a varied K-4 caseload
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct intervention and therapy to students with communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Engage in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team decisions
