Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Boston, Massachusetts

In this position, you’ll work with children in grades K-4 across various elementary school sites, providing tailored interventions for students with diverse disabilities. The district values SLPs with recent school-based experience and requires full-time availability (37.5 hours/week). What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current MA SLP license with CCCs (no Clinical Fellows, please)
- DESE certification (or eligibility to obtain)
- Recent pediatric or school-based experience strongly preferred
- Confidence managing a varied caseload for grades K-4
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Commitment to full-time, consistent presence throughout the school year
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in elementary-age children
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs), document progress, and collaborate with educational teams
- Deliver evidence-based therapy in both individual and group settings
- Consult with teachers, families, and specialists to promote student success
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with state and district guidelines
