Qualifications:
- Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in the state of Massachusetts
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders, Speech-Language Pathology, or a related field
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience is a plus, but not required
- Driven, positive attitude with a genuine enthusiasm for helping students reach their goals
- Comfortable using technology for service delivery and virtual collaboration
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide direct therapy services to elementary-aged students
- Utilize teletherapy platforms to deliver engaging and effective interventions
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Communicate regularly with school staff and families to support student success
