In this position, you’ll:
- Deliver engaging speech and language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 35 students across 2-3 school sites
- Utilize a variety of digital resources and interactive strategies in a virtual platform to support students’ communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multi-disciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Document sessions, track progress, and participate in virtual IEP meetings as needed
- Provide guidance, encouragement, and support to empower students’ academic and personal growth
Qualifications:
- Current and valid Massachusetts SLP license
- Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- School-based experience is preferred but not required
- An energetic, positive approach with a commitment to student-centered success
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment, with strong communication and organizational skills
