Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Quincy, MA

Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) credential—Clinical Fellows (CFs) are not eligible
- Massachusetts SLP licensure and DESE certification required
- Minimum of 1-2 years recent school-based SLP experience, ideally with elementary populations
- Strong understanding of a variety of disabilities and creative approaches to therapy
- Availability for full-time work throughout the school year
- Collaborative communication skills to partner with faculty, students, and families
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide direct therapy for K-4 students
- Document student progress and meet IEP compliance requirements
- Work effectively across multiple elementary campuses with a range of student needs
- Collaborate in student support teams and attend IEP meetings
- Offer both individual and group therapy in dynamic school settings
