Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

- Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
- Provide direct therapy services, both individual and group
- Consult with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to monitor student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute as an expert resource for speech-language development
