Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Illinois State License (IDFPR)
- ISBE Professional Educator License (PEL) with Speech-Language Pathology endorsement
- SLP-CCC or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CF-SLPs are welcome to apply)
- Previous experience in a school setting is advantageous but not required; new graduates encouraged
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct assessment and therapy services to K-12 students with diverse speech and language needs
- Complete individual evaluations, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and monitor progress
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure coordinated intervention and student growth
- Maintain compliance with all documentation and state regulations
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development
