Qualifications & Experience Sought:
- Current ISBE Professional Educator License (PEL) with Speech-Language (SL) endorsement, and active Illinois State License (IDFPR)
- Clinical Fellowship Year SLPs (CF-SLPs) encouraged to apply
- Previous school-based experience preferred, though not required
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educational teams, families, and students
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy to a K-12 caseload with a range of communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student success
- Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with district and state guidelines
- Offer both direct and consultative services as needed by each student
