Qualifications:
- Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Professional Educator License (PEL) for Illinois
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience in school-based or pediatric speech therapy preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to serving diverse student populations
Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy sessions in-person
- Develop and implement IEPs in accordance with state and federal guidelines
- Assess, diagnose, and provide direct treatment to students with communication disorders
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other support staff
- Document progress and maintain thorough clinical records
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
