Qualifications Sought:
- Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Professional Educator License (PEL) for Illinois
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Previous school-based experience strongly preferred—passion for working with high-needs student populations is essential
What You'll Do:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy to students across a variety of grade levels, in alignment with IEP goals
- Develop and implement engaging, evidence-based treatment plans
- Collaborate closely with teachers, special educators, and families to support student progress
- Monitor, document, and report progress toward therapeutic and educational goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable insights to multidisciplinary teams
