Speech Language Pathologist in Oak Lawn, IL

Key Qualifications:
- Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathologist license (IL SLP)
- Professional Educator’s License (PEL) for Illinois
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Previous experience in a school environment is highly valued
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Essential Responsibilities:
- Deliver targeted speech-language therapy services to students according to their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and caregivers to promote student progress and school-wide success
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and maintain detailed documentation for compliance and tracking
- Develop individualized treatment plans, set achievement goals, and monitor outcomes for students on your caseload
- Educate and consult with school staff and families on communication development and best practices in the classroom setting
