Qualifications:
- Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with current state credentials
- Previous school-based SLP experience, working with K-12 populations
- Ability to manage a caseload spanning a wide age and ability range
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with teachers, families, and other support staff
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management abilities
- Cannot accept Clinical Fellows (CFs) for this position
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy services to K-12 students in accordance with IEP goals
- Conduct formal and informal assessments as required
- Document progress and maintain detailed records for each student
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams to develop and implement effective interventions
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert recommendations on student needs
- Engage in parent communications and follow up as needed
