Professionally, you’ll lead practice and inspire others as you oversee SLPAs, working within one centralized, supportive K-5 environment. With a focus on elementary-aged learners, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping communication development for around 50 students, and your bilingual abilities in Spanish are highly valued here.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid California SLP license or eligibility
- Previous experience supervising SLPAs
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
- Familiarity with school-based caseloads (K-5)
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy and evaluations to elementary students
- Supervise and support SLPAs within your team
- Develop and implement IEPs, collaborating with teachers and families
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Work on-site at one location, ensuring consistent and focused support
