Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Current and valid SLP license for Oregon
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
  • Experience working within elementary and/or high school settings
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and indirect speech and language services to students, both individually and in groups
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess communication disorders and determine eligibility for services
  • Develop, implement, and regularly update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Partner with educational staff and families to support students’ communication needs in the classroom and beyond
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal requirements
  • Offer consultative support and contribute to professional development activities for school staff
