Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Current and valid SLP license for Oregon
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
- Experience working within elementary and/or high school settings
- Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech and language services to students, both individually and in groups
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess communication disorders and determine eligibility for services
- Develop, implement, and regularly update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Partner with educational staff and families to support students’ communication needs in the classroom and beyond
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal requirements
- Offer consultative support and contribute to professional development activities for school staff
