Qualifications and experience that set you up for success:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist in California
- Recent experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations
- Proficiency evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in early childhood, elementary, middle, and high school students
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other specialists
Key responsibilities as part of this role:
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students from Pre-K through 12th grade
- Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services tailored to each student’s needs
