Key Qualifications:

  • Valid California SLP License and SLP Teaching Credential
  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC or CF; CF applicants must secure supervision)
  • Prior experience in a school setting preferred
  • Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills
  • Passionate about helping K-12 students thrive

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging, evidence-based speech therapy services to a caseload of 55–60 students across 1–4 schools
  • Develop individualized therapy plans addressing a diverse range of student needs
  • Collaborate closely with dedicated case managers and multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain thorough documentation and comply with state and district guidelines
  • Utilize allocated funds for assessment materials as needed
