As a school-based SLP, you’ll work alongside supportive teams in a variety of settings, growing your clinical expertise through exposure to best practices and new leadership styles. Qualifications:
- Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active California SLP License and SLP Teaching Credential
- CCC or CF accepted (no SLPA’s)
- A passion for collaborating and adapting to new environments
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-time onsite position (40 hrs/week, 8-hour days)
- Caseload of 50-60 students, ages vary by assignment
- Assess and provide therapy; reimbursement for assessment material costs
- Support students at assigned sites—may be itinerant, depending on assignment
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams; participate in regular training cohorts
- Complete documentation and progress reports per district and state requirements
