Speech-Language Pathologist in Torrance, CA

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current state licensure
- Experience supervising Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)
- Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Previous experience with elementary-age students is ideal
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, intervention, and treatment across a range of speech and language needs for a diverse K-5 student population
- Supervise and mentor SLPAs, offering guidance, feedback, and professional support
- Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with teachers and caregivers
- Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with school policies
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and staff
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success
