In this role, you’ll use your expertise to support students’ communication skills and directly supervise a team of SLPAs, helping shape best practices and nurture professional growth.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current state licensure
  • Experience supervising Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)
  • Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Previous experience with elementary-age students is ideal

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, intervention, and treatment across a range of speech and language needs for a diverse K-5 student population
  • Supervise and mentor SLPAs, offering guidance, feedback, and professional support
  • Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with teachers and caregivers
  • Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with school policies
  • Foster positive relationships with children, families, and staff
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success
