Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders required
- Illinois SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA CCC or CFY status accepted
- Comfortable working with students in general education and special education settings
- Experience or interest in serving elementary-age students and those with ASD
- Ability to start within 1-2 weeks of offer
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to elementary students
- Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and document progress
- Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to foster student success
- Participate in meetings and contribute to a supportive school community
