Middle School High School School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Carpentersville, Illinois

In this full-time, contract role, you’ll work with diverse elementary, middle, and high school students. You’ll play an essential part in assessing, planning, and delivering evidence-based interventions tailored to students’ unique needs as they progress through the 2026-2027 school year. Two openings are currently available for passionate bilingual SLPs, offering an exciting opportunity to make a difference across grades K-12.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid SLP Professional Educator License (PEL) with SLP Endorsement
- Experience working in school settings (elementary, middle, and/or high school)
- Confidence providing services to a wide age range (K-12)
- Bilingual proficiency required
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) SLPs encouraged to apply
- Knowledge of current therapy techniques and IEP processes
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Create individualized treatment plans and collaborate on IEPs for each student
- Deliver therapeutic services in both individual and group settings
- Communicate regularly with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members
- Document student progress and maintain all necessary records per school guidelines
