Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active or eligible state licensure for SLP practice
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates and CCC-SLPs welcome
- Experience in schools or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders
- Collaborative, compassionate approach with students, families, and staff
- Comfortable with IEP process, documentation, and progress monitoring
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy to students in accordance with IEPs
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on student progress and goals
- Support classroom staff with strategies and resources to facilitate student communication
- Engage in ongoing professional development relevant to the school environment
