Qualifications:
- Current or eligible state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates also welcome
- Experience in pediatric or school-based settings is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and adjust as needed for student growth
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s unique needs
- Work closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote a collaborative support network for students
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state requirements
- Offer recommendations for classroom strategies and interventions to facilitate students’ participation and achievement
- Provide direct and consultative services in both individual and group settings
