Expand your clinical expertise with a mild-to-moderate caseload primarily serving students in grades K-9, most of whom are in 6th grade or below. You’ll collaborate closely with a case manager, use Embrace IEP software, and positively impact the lives of students on individualized education plans. Qualifications:
- Valid Illinois SLP license and PEL required
- ASHA CCC or CFY considered
- Pediatric and school-based SLP experience preferred
- Proficiency with IEPs; Embrace software familiarity is a plus
- Bilingual Spanish/English abilities are highly desirable
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of 14 students with IEPs and 9 consultative students
- Deliver direct and consultative speech/language therapy services
- Develop and implement IEPs, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain thorough documentation through Embrace software
- Share an office space with the case manager for optimal teamwork
