The open position offers:
- Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm schedule for the full 26/27 school year
- Mild to moderate caseload: 14 students with IEPs, plus 9 consults, predominantly K-6th, with a full range up to 9th grade
- Opportunities to work directly with a supportive case manager and utilize the Embrace IEP software
- Office sharing arrangement fosters collaboration and professional connections
- Expand your clinical skills by providing bilingual (English/Spanish) services
Qualifications:
- Current Illinois SLP license
- PEL (Professional Educator License) required
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience with pediatric, school-aged, or healthcare-based SLP (including CFY or CCC) preferred
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver assessments and intervention for a mild-moderate caseload
- Support the educational goals of students on IEPs and those in consult
- Collaborate with teachers, case managers, and school teams
