School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Bourbonnais, Illinois

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Illinois SLP license and PEL required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Minimum of two years recent experience providing school-based speech-language pathology services
- Comfortable working independently in a virtual environment
- Strong communication skills and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver virtual speech-language therapy for students in a therapeutic day school
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress
- Conduct assessments and maintain documentation to ensure compliance with state and school guidelines
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to promote student success
- Utilize digital platforms and resources to engage students and track outcomes
