This assignment covers the period from August 17, 2026, to November 27, 2026, and involves working approximately 32 hours per week. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in new staff training (date to be determined), ensuring you feel prepared and welcomed.
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Valid SLP-CCC and state licensure
- Previous school-based experience preferred
- Familiarity with IEP processes and case management
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Flexible and proactive approach to varying student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech and language therapy services to assigned caseload
- Evaluate students, interpret assessments, and document progress
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with educators and families
- Maintain accurate records and timely documentation
- Serve as a valued resource for teachers, families, and support staff
- Participate in staff meetings, IEP teams, and professional development as needed
