Pediatric School-Based SLP | Cicero, Illinois

Qualifications and Experience:
- Active PEL (Professional Educator License) with SLP Endorsement required
- Previous experience working in school settings highly valued
- Open to SLPs with CCC, CFY, and those passionate about pediatric practice
- Familiarity with teletherapy and onsite services is a plus
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage diverse caseloads and adapt approaches for K-12 students
Role Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions onsite
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress records
- Support student participation in academic and social activities through effective interventions
