School-Based Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)

Soliant is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support students in a school-based setting. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced Speech-Language Pathologists while helping students strengthen their communication skills and achieve academic success.
Responsibilities
- Implement speech and language treatment plans developed by the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
- Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
- Document student progress and maintain accurate therapy records.
- Assist with screenings, data collection, and progress monitoring.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student success.
- Maintain compliance with school district policies and state regulations.
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or related field (as required by state regulations).
- Active SLPA license or certification in the state of employment.
- Previous school-based experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary educational team.
