Key Qualifications:
- PEL with SLP Endorsement required
- Background in professional school-based speech-language pathology
- Skilled in teletherapy, pediatric, and onsite services
- Open to SLPs with CCC or those completing their CFY
- Strong communication skills and ability to adapt approaches for K-12 students
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver individual and small-group speech-language therapy to K-12 students onsite
- Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement IEP goals, and track student progress
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster each child’s success
- Maintain documentation and compliance with school and state guidelines
- Leverage technology for teletherapy when needed, integrating virtual strategies when appropriate
