Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Chicago, Illinois

Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid PEL with SLP Endorsement required
- Experience working professionally in a school setting
- Open to candidates with SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or backgrounds in pediatric speech-language pathology
- Teletherapy experience is a plus
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech-language assessments and evidence-based interventions to K-12 students
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in alignment with school and state requirements
- Serve as a resource and advocate for students, families, and staff regarding communication disorders
- Participate in IEP meetings and RTI (Response to Intervention) initiatives
- Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions, adapting strategies to meet diverse student needs
