Speech Language Pathologist in Frankfort, IL

Key Qualifications:
- Valid Illinois SLP license and Professional Educator License (PEL) required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Minimum of two years of recent, school-based SLP experience
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Comfort with technology for case management, assessment, and teletherapy delivery
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual direct and consultative speech-language services to students with diverse needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and IEP goals in alignment with school standards
- Accurately document progress and maintain compliance with state and school guidelines
- Participate in virtual meetings, family consultations, and team-based planning
- Collaborate with educators, therapists, and school staff to promote student success
