Soliant is seeking a Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) to support elementary students for the full school year. This position offers flexible scheduling and can be full‑time or part‑time, making it a great opportunity for clinicians seeking work‑life balance.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide evaluations, assessments and diagnosis of speech, voice, hearing and language impairments.
  • Provide appropriate individualized programs of intervention to meet individual students' needs in the areas of communication, language development, articulation and social communication.
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers and other school staff to implement interventions.
  • Work in a K-5 school setting with different age groups.

Position Details

  • Elementary caseload of approximately 30–40 students
  • Service delivery at 1–2 elementary schools
  • Work collaboratively alongside another on‑site SLP
  • Support students with a variety of speech and language needs in a school‑based setting

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology
  • Active or eligible Illinois SLP licensure & Education Certification
  • School‑based experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills

Compensation for this position ranges from $41.40 to $61.40. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
