Speech Language Pathologist Work From Home | Louisiana
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist is needed to provide telespeech and teletherapy services to students in a school setting. This contract position runs from August 7, 2026, through May 27, 2027, supporting a caseload to be determined within the New Orleans, LA area.
Key responsibilities include delivering remote speech therapy services tailored to individual student needs, collaborating with school staff to monitor progress, and maintaining detailed documentation in compliance with district requirements. The role requires providing 35 hours per week, typically 7 hours per day with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
Preferred qualifications and experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP)
- Experience with telespeech or teletherapy in educational settings is highly valued
- Ability to complete district-specific credentialing forms as required
Primary location: New Orleans metropolitan area, specifically assigned within the Jefferson Parish district. Exact school assignments and caseload details will be communicated upon placement. Employment is contingent upon school board contract renewal expected in early June 2026.
