Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Remote - Louisiana

Provide speech-language pathology services through teletherapy for school-aged children in the Harvey, LA area. This full-time, contract position spans the academic year, focusing on delivering remote support that promotes communication skill development. Services will be delivered via telespeech and teletherapy platforms, ensuring accessibility and flexibility for students.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments remotely.
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
- Monitoring student progress and adjusting therapy approaches as needed.
- Collaborating with educators and families to support student needs.
- Completing required documentation and district-specific forms for Human Resources.
Preferred qualifications and experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- ACTIVE state licensure in Speech Language Pathology.
- Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (CCC-SLP).
- Experience providing teletherapy services in educational settings.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Work schedule:
- Full-time commitment of 35 hours per week.
- Workdays include 7 hours with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
- Duration from August 3, 2026, to May 27, 2027.
