Speech Language Pathologist Work From Home | Louisiana
This position involves providing teletherapy services as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) within a school district setting near Kenner, LA. The role spans the upcoming school year from August 7, 2026, through May 27, 2027, with a full-time schedule of 35 hours per week (7 hours daily plus a 30-minute unpaid lunch). School assignments and caseload details will be determined and communicated accordingly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver telespeech and teletherapy services to students requiring speech and language support.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs.
- Collaborate with educational staff to support communication development.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation consistent with district and professional standards.
- Complete necessary district credentialing forms as required by the Human Resources department.
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Active state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current ASHA certification (CCC-SLP).
- Experience with teletherapy service delivery preferred.
- Ability to work within a school-based teletherapy framework.
Location: Harvey, LA (New Orleans area)

- Offers are contingent upon school board approval of the contract renewal, scheduled for the June 3, 2026 meeting.
