Required Background & Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid Colorado SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Open to both SLPs with CCC and Clinical Fellows (CFY)
- Experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to efficiently complete documentation and manage a varied workload
Role Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and therapy plans
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other school staff to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation for compliance
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary discussions
- Provide direct therapy services 32 hours per week throughout the academic year
- Support student advocacy and inclusive education practices
