Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Aurora, CO

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply
- Experience with school-aged children or pediatric populations
- Knowledge of IEP process and commitment to evidence-based practice
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech and language therapy to students across a diverse caseload
- Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student success
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and consultative activities
- Offer ongoing support and training to staff regarding communication strategies
Working Hours & Structure:
- Contract role with 32 hours per week
- Structured schedule within standard school hours
