- Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and develop engaging, individualized therapy plans.
- Current or eligible licensure in Colorado.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing direct speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals.
- Completing evaluations, developing treatment plans, and maintaining timely documentation.
- Collaborating with educators, administrators, and families to foster student success.
- Participating in IEP meetings and contributing professional insight on communication development.
- Utilizing evidence-based practices to enhance student communication outcomes.
- Managing a caseload and adapting interventions to meet the diverse needs of students.
