Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligible state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility for CFY supervision)
- Experience or interest in working with pediatric and school-aged populations
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with teachers, families, and other professionals
- Ability to conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and deliver individualized therapies
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students, individually or in groups
- Screen, assess, and diagnose articulation, language, fluency, or voice disorders
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans and IEP goals in collaboration with educational staff
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress, therapy logs, and required reports
- Consult with educators, staff, and families to support students’ success in the classroom environment
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions as needed
