What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or seeking completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience with pediatric or school-aged populations highly desirable
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to design and execute effective therapy plans in line with IEP goals
Key responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech, language, and communication therapy to students from diverse backgrounds
- Conduct assessments, interpret results, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student progress
- Document progress, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Contribute creative ideas to support inclusive, engaging learning experiences
