What You’ll Bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state SLP license (or eligibility)
- Clinical Fellowship (CFY) or Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) accepted
- Previous experience in pediatrics or school settings is highly valued
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists
- Dedication to helping students overcome communication challenges
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans targeting each student’s unique needs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation on assessments, treatment, and progress reports
- Offer guidance and education to staff and families regarding communication disorders and strategies
